How can we help?
Company pages (10)
- Company pages: overview
Every company that posts on EaglesEntry, or appears in the jobs we list, has a public page with its jobs and the recruiters who post for it.
- Request to join a company page
Sign up as a recruiter with your work email. If your company already has a page, its page admins approve you, or their join policy does when they don’t answer.
- Company page roles and permissions
Five roles: Page admin, Recruiter, Hiring manager, Analyst and Billing contact. Roles are given to people, never to shared logins; page admins and recruiters hold seats.
- Claim a listing page
Listing pages are made by EaglesEntry from job postings. Anyone with a matching company email claims one at once and becomes its first page admin.
- Work-email domains for your company page
Page admins decide which email domains count as the company’s. People who sign up with one are matched to the page and handled by its join policy.
- Verification badge on company pages and job posts
The badge means the page is run by people who signed up with a work email at the company’s own domain, and every job on it was checked by EaglesEntry before going live.
- Members shown on a company page
Recruiters choose whether their name and title appear in the page’s Hiring team.
- Jobs tab of your company page
Every live entry-level job at the company appears there, whoever posted it.
- Who manages a company page, and how that is decided
The work-email check and the company’s own rules decide who runs a page. EaglesEntry does not pick or vet administrators.
- Seats, hiring managers, agencies and organizations
Two seats are included per company page; hiring managers, analysts and billing contacts don’t use seats. Agencies can post for clients and parent companies can manage brand pages.
